Is the collection really free?
Yes. There is no collection fee. Any promotional reward will be stated explicitly in your confirmation email.
What happens to the items?
We assess everything after collection. Suitable items may be prepared and resold so they can stay in use.
Is Worth Finding a charity?
No. Worth Finding is an independent commercial business offering a free local collection service.
Does sending a request guarantee collection?
No. We review each request and contact you first. Your collection is only booked once we confirm it with you.
How should I prepare the items?
Please place clean, dry clothing and accessories in secure bags and keep footwear together in pairs. We may decline unsuitable items at the doorstep.
