Does sending a request guarantee collection?
No. We review each request and contact you first. Your collection is only booked once we confirm it with you.
How should I prepare the items?
Please place clean, dry clothing and accessories in secure bags and keep footwear together in pairs. We may decline unsuitable items at the doorstep.
